I feel I have gained a much clearer understanding of what makes a good leader and how my personal leadership can be developed. Gave me more confidence to approach things in a less conventional way i.e not following the 'old boys' style of leadership.

 

There were so many things that I thought I knew but I didn’t – this training has made me do a complete 180 degree shift – it was excellent, so relevant and practical.

 

Sonia worked with me on a specific project in 2005. Her work was of a high standard, creative and suitably aimed at the target audience. Sonia produced her work to the specification required and always to deadlines. The materials she produced were used for training purposes.

 

Sonia has supported our NVQ course by providing an excellent knowledge delivery programme for some of the units. Her willingness and flexibility to work with our needs has enabled us to provide an appropriate training package based on the needs of the service as well as the candidates.

 

I thoroughly enjoyed the training. It was interesting and practical and I feel far more confident in being able to do this activity. The training was good and I found the trainer very easy to work with. The whole session was very professionally run and I look forward to undertaking more training.
